Notice of 
2023 Annual General Meeting

Financial members of the BMW Motorcycle Club Canberra inc (BMWMCC, the Club) and friends of the Club are invited to the Club's 2023 AGM.

The AGM supporting information includes:

• Agenda.
• BMWMCC AGM 2022 Minutes.    
• Present & vote on the audited BMWMCC Inc. 2023 Financial Statement.  No hard copies will be provided (print your own copy).  Members need to vote on the 2023 Financial Statement as part of our continued incorporation.
• Election of the next Committee.
• • Only financial members can nominate, second and stand for election to the Committee.  Completed nomination forms PDF or MS Word must be emailed or posted to the Secretary@bmwmcc.au 8 business days before the AGM commences.
  • The President can call for nominations to positions not filled by nomination/nominee/vote at the AGM.
• General AGM (constitution related) Business.  If YOU want to raise something other than a general question at the AGM it MUST be submitted in writing (email is fine) to the Secretary@bmwmcc.au 14 days before the AGM to allow members to be notified.

Please register so the Club knows who to cater for and how many as YOUR Club will provide light refreshments from 1230 and before the meeting starts @ 1300.  

Attendees will also be given a raffle ticket for the mystery door prize.  You must be at the meeting to (1) get a ticket (2) to enter the draw.  The President's decision is final.
